Paris Bennet - Foolish Things By nylatinguy3000 I wanted Paris Bennett to be the next American Idol. She had talent, personality, charisma, and so much more. Her audition was like, the BEST ever. So, imagine my surprise when she was voted off... Well, it wasn't really THAT much of a shock. I went around all of those internet polls, and most of them had pin-pointed Paris as the weakest performer WEEKS before her elimination. ARGH!! And HOW could that be?! Most of the sites would unfairly stress over how 'young and inexperienced' she was... Based on a song this this, she's completely the opposite. This song is flawless, which is exactly what I'd expect from THE American Idol. Viewers of my other vids preferred her singing 'Work It Out' and 'Be Without You,' complaining anything like THIS made her an old woman who sang fine, but was boring. Maybe they'd prefer girls in short skirts bouncing around behind some Hip Hop artist while he raps about smacking ass. Call me crazy, but I much prefer the singing. And, as awesome as Paris was during this song, she wound up in the Bottom 3. 'The Way We Were' ended her at the bottom 2. And she was eliminated the next week during Birthyear/No.1 week...
