The Class 1 winner was the incredible Russian star, MARIA STUKOVA who went on to claim the Overall Figure Title from Rachael in the posedown. Today, bodybuilding has seen all of these beautiful poses time and time again. As a result, what was once fresh has diminished in its entertainment value. Entertainment value plays a pivotal role in increasing mainstream interest in the Greatest Sport. Michaels Muscle & Movement, founded by Michael Faba, introduces a unique perspective of bodybuilding competition. It is hoped that the posing routine here is enjoyed by all however, the essence of Michaels Muscle & Movement is to enhance the performance and energy in the pre-judging rounds where it counts. The individual bodybuilder will certainly increase their stage presence during pre-judging using principles developed by Michael that maximize a competitors entertainment value without deviating in a dislikeable fashion from traditional pre-judging etiquette a crime often committed by the overenthusiastic competitor. These principles and techniques carry over to ensure a competitor performs a posing routine that is congruent with their coordination level to ensure an entertaining performance. In the future, collective action to bring more energy to the stage may result in greater mainstream interest in bodybuilding which would mean greater competition, more rewards for competitors, cheaper tickets to shows and so on. Bodybuilding competition projects the image of shredded bodybuilders with gaunt faces and struggling dehydrated expressions. It is our responsibility as bodybuilders to work together in order to project the reality of the unmatched sense of wellbeing experienced in the off season, when the spot light is on us on competition day. If we have enough energy to weight train and do so many cardio sessions then we definitely have enough to always smile and seek guidance into making our performance as entertaining as possible for ourselves and for our sport.
