COMENTARIO: Película de ciencia ficción y terror dirigida en 1979 por Ridley Scott, que hace un remake no confeso de "El Terror De Más Allá", dirigida en 1958 por Edward L. Cahn. Ésta es la Edición Especial de 2004, que incluye algunas escenas adicionales descartadas por Scott en su estreno original. PELÍCULA: Alien, El Octavo Pasajero (1/12) By Chockys SINOPSIS: Los siete pasajeros de una nave espacial mercante despiertan de la hibernación en que estaban cuando su nave, a mitad de camino de regreso a la Tierra, recibe una llamada de origen desconocido de un planetoide. Al ir a investigar uno de ellos resulta infectado por un ser extraterrestre del cual surge de una bestia depredadora que va asesinando uno a uno a todos ellos. COMENTARIO: Película de ciencia ficción y terror dirigida en 1979 por Ridley Scott, que hace un remake no confeso de "El Terror De Más Allá", dirigida en 1958 por Edward L. Cahn. Ésta es la Edición Especial de 2004, que incluye algunas escenas adicionales descartadas por Scott en su estreno original. TRIVIALIDADES: En verdad el alien no es el octavo pasajero si no el noveno, dado que junto a los siete humanos viaja Jones, un gato; el artista suizo Hans Rudi (H.R.) Giger creó el diseño de todas las fases del alien: huevo, abrazacaras, revientapechos y adulto. H.R. Giger es conocido por sus diseños donde mezcla lo biológico y lo tecnológico. También creó a los aliens de la saga de películas "Species: Especie Mortal"; el nombre de la nave, Nostromo, es una referencia a la novela de Joseph Conrad, "El Corazon De Las Tinieblas", escrita en 1899 y publicada en 1902; Bolaji Badejo, quien interpretaba al alien, era de la tribu africana yoruba y medía 2'18 metros; la película ha conocido varias sequelas: "Aliens, El Regreso" (James Cameron, 1986), "Alien 3" (David Fincher, 1993) y "Alien, Resurrección" (Jean-Pierre Jeunet, 1997). También tuvo dos spin-off, "Aliens Vs. Predator" (Paul W. Anderson, 2004) y "Aliens Vs. Predator II" (Colin y Greg Strause, 2007). SYNOPSIS: The seven passengers of the merchant spaceship awake from their hibernation when the ship, in the middle of their outbound, receives a message procedent or unknown source from a planetoid. When they go to investigate one of them is infected by a extraterrestrial being and from him raise a predator beast that goes killing one by one to everyone of them. COMMENT: Sci-fi and horror movie directed in 1979 by Ridley Scott, who does a not confess remake from "It! The Terror From Beyond Space" directed in 1959 by Edward L. Cahn. This is the 2004's Special Edition, including some scenes deleted by Scott for the original release. TRIVIA: In true Alien isn't the 8th passenger but 9th, due to that together to the seven humans travels Jones, a cat; swiss artist Hans Rudi (H.R.)
